Bob’s Red Mill Wheat bran is just the outer layer of the wheat berry and it’s chock-filled with fiber. It may be added to smoothies, hot cereals, and baked goods. Take a look at toasting wheat bran (directions are at the back of the bag) and sprinkling over salads, yogurts, cottage cheese, or soups. Retailer wheat bran within the refrigerator or vacuum-sealed container to keep its freshness.
